After Graduating from Northern Illinois 13 University with honors, Elizabeth worked for Ernst & Young LLC and RSM McGladrey as part of the consulting team. She was awarded her PHR (Professional Human Resource) certification in 2000 by SHRM’s Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
